Daytime Postpartum Doula

Night-time Postpartum Doula

I became a Postpartum Doula two years ago, after my youngest started school and I finally had the space to think about the kind of work that truly mattered to me. Looking back, the first few months of bringing home a baby were always my favourite. I was fortunate to have support from family and friends who had experience with babies, and I know how invaluable that was. Those early weeks with a newborn are a profound transition—emotional, exhausting, and deeply rewarding all at once.
My goal as a doula is to bring calm, steady, and knowledgeable support into your home, helping you feel grounded and cared for during this important stage.

When I’m not supporting new parents I have 3 kids who keep me on the move; from the soccer field to the gymnastics gym. I coach and play soccer and when winter rolls around, you’ll often find me on the ski slopes with my family.
