Postpartum Doula Support
Postpartum time is a bit of a wild ride, whether you are having your first baby or are a seasoned parent. There are new family dynamics, baby care, and even more importantly YOU-care that needs to be figured out. It really helps to have someone by your side who can offer gentle guidance and reassurance, who can hear you out, give you a break, and celebrate you.
We have TWO doulas on our team (Dasha and Nikia) who provide daytime postpartum care, and Nikia also offers overnight care. We would love to be that support team for you and your family. We invite you to book in our initial meeting, a free consultation, to find out how we could best support you. We really look forward to our chat!
